In response, the Zhongshan Municipal Government said that an elevator in the residential area had two failures in a month, and the elevator automatic protection shutdown caused the trapped people. Elevator maintenance and use units have been dealt with in time, and the elevator in question has been overhauled, now the elevator is running normally.
